A $9.99 Standard Shipping charges applied on most orders & free in-store pick-up. ships to all 50 states (Additional charges may apply depneding upon your State), U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries (International Shipping charges apply) .


Tracking your order is easy online or via our Customer Service team. Processing time and shipping estimates are dependent on payment authorization and shipping carrier estimated delivery time. Rock Stop does not ship to International or domestic freight forwarders.

Free Pickup In-Store:

Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store is going to be your new best friend. You can browse and order on from the comfort of your couch, then swing by your local Rock Stop Store to pick up your items. In Store pick-up service is only available at Sanford, FL and Altamonte Springs, FL locations.

This service is only available to Orlando, FL customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Thank you for your Purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for EXCHANGE ONLY  for equal or more value item by paying the difference.


All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with original tag and labels attached.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving you return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
